How we will work with you

The services we are building for professional athletes, and the way we intend to deliver them.

What we're building

Valinor Wealth is preparing to seek authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority. Until then we cannot offer these services, but this is what we are building towards.

  • Long-term investment management

Diversified portfolios designed to turn the earnings of a short career into wealth that lasts, managed with discipline through the ups and downs of markets.

  • Career-shaped financial planning

A plan built around your contract length, likely career span and life after sport, reviewed whenever your circumstances change: a transfer, an injury, a new deal.

  • Retirement and pensions

Making sure the years after sport are funded properly, and that pensions and long-term savings are used to their full advantage.

  • Working with your team

Coordinating with your agent, accountant and solicitor so that everyone around you is working from the same plan.

The process

Four stages, from first conversation to life after sport.

  1. Understand

We learn about your career, your contract, your family and what you want your money to do for you.

  2. Plan

We agree a clear plan covering spending, saving, protection and investment, written so that it makes sense to you.

  3. Manage

We put the plan to work and keep you updated in plain language, with regular reviews.

  4. Transition

As your playing career winds down, we adjust the plan so your wealth supports the next chapter.

Who we're for

Professional and emerging athletes across all sports, particularly those early in their careers who want to put good foundations in place before the big contracts arrive.

We also want to hear from parents, agents and clubs who look after young players and want to make sure they are well supported off the field.

Important: Valinor Wealth is not currently authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not provide investment advice, arrange investments or hold client money, and nothing on this website is an offer or invitation to invest.
